Device Manager
Brandtrack uses a mobile device manager (platforms known as MDM) to manage and install application updates and patches.
This requires traffic on the following ports to be enabled to the port dm.brandtrack.fm:
- TCP Puerto 443
- TCP/UDP Puerto 31000
The application will make connections exclusively to the following domains through ports ports 443 (HTTPS) and 80 (HTTP):
- api.brandtrack.fm
- ads.brandtrack.fm
- music.brandtrack.fm
- music2.brandtrack.fm
- music.brandtrack.net
- media.brandtrack.fm
Timezone update
It's required to have NTP service traffic enabled on the internet output.
- UDP Port 123
Remote Access
Brandtrack uses Teamviewer as a remote access platform. In order to use it, it is necessary to have free access on the following ports:
- TCP/UDP Port 5938
- TCP Port 443
- TCP Port 80
All connections are made on IPs that have PTR records that resolve to *.teamviewer.com.
