Quick access
- The Box does not turn on

The box does not turn on
- Make sure that the power supply is connected correctly.
- Check that the electrical plug is in good condition.
The music does not update
- Check if the Internet cable is correctly connected and in good condition.
- If your connection is wifi and the box is configured for it (you can see it on the label), make sure you are in an area with coverage.
- The correct time on the box display will be an indicator of the Internet connection. If not, you may be experiencing network restrictions or Internet failures.
Note: A correct internet connection will ensure that your playlist is kept up to date.
No sound
- Check that the Box is turned on, displaying the screen and the blue button for reference.
- Check that the audio system is turned on and at a high volume.
- Check the connection and condition of the cable connecting the Box to the audio system.
- Use the included headphone adapter to connect headphones to the box and check if it plays music. This will be an indicator of whether the audio cable or audio system is defective.
There is interference in the music signal
This type of problem usually indicates a fault in the audio wiring. To solve this problem:
- Verify that the audio cable connecting the box to the audio system is in good condition. You can move the connector a little and check if this accentuates the problem. If it does, you can replace it to correct the problem.
- Verify that the audio cables that connect the audio amplifier to the speakers are well connected and in good condition. Ask your maintenance manager, sometimes visually they may appear to be in good condition, but may be deteriorated internally.
Update the network and/or wifi password
If you have changed modem or router, updated the password or network name, it is very likely that the box will need to be reconfigured if it has this type of configuration (see the label at the bottom).
Connect an HDMI display, USB mouse and keyboard and go to the network option in the side menu of the Box main screen.
