Remote volume control for your Box

You can now control the volume of your boxes remotely from MyBrandtrack.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to my.brandtrack.ai.

2. In the Zones section, find the zone you want to control and click the "eye" icon.

3. The zone information panel will open, and on the left side, you'll see the volume level.

4. Click "Set Volume".

5. A modal will open where you can adjust the volume level.

6. Click "Save changes".

In a few seconds, you'll notice that the zone's volume has adjusted to the new level.

If you want to share volume control with someone who doesn't have access to my.brandtrack.ai, such as the store or venue manager, you can do so as follows:

1. In the "My Zones" section, go to the "Locations" tab.

2. Find the location for which you want to share volume control, and in the "Actions" column, click the volume icon.

3. A modal will open where you'll be asked to confirm the contact details of the person in charge of that location. After that, you'll be able to send them an email with the access link or share it however you prefer.

The person will receive the link via WhatsApp and email, and they will only be able to see the zones within that location, allowing them to control the volume of the boxes.
