Connection status of your Zones

In the following article, you will find the description of each of the statuses a zone can have:

  • Not Installed
  • Online
  • Offline

👉️Not Installed: If you see that the PIN is still available, it indicates that the commercial space does not have the Brandtrack app installed on the designated zone. The next step would be to encourage the commercial space to download the Brandtrack app.

 

 

👉️Online: The Online status is the one we always aim for your zones to have since it indicates that the device where the Brandtrack App is installed has a stable internet connection, allowing it to receive various updates, such as ads, and playlists, among others.

 

 

👉️Offline: If you notice that one of your zones is Offline, it could be due to two possible scenarios:

  1. The device's internet connection where the Brandtrack App is installed is not stable. While this won't interrupt the music transmission, checking the internet connection is essential for the zone to receive content updates.
  2. The commercial space is not using the Brandtrack App.

 

☝️ It's normal to have periods without a connection, so we recommend paying attention when it has exceeded 30 days.
