To allow you to have better control over the connection status of the Brandtrack App in your commercial spaces, you can access the connection reports. You will be able to obtain a comprehensive list of all your stores with a breakdown of the number of hours the Brandtrack App was in use, per day.
👉️To obtain the complete report, follow these steps:

From the My Players section, click on the View General Report icon.

Immediately, you will see the complete list of your commercial spaces, detailing the number of hours the Brandtrack App was Online for each day of the week.
You can customize the period you wish to view and also download the file in XLS format.
