3️⃣ This is where you will provide details so the music team can work on your request.
-Regular playlist: music to be played regularly
-Event playlist: This can be if you want to celebrate Christmas in the store, birthdays, national holidays, etc.
It is necessary to provide details such as:
-Desired genre, song language, energy, time slot, etc.
Then, you should include some references of songs or playlists that you have listened to on another platform. This way, our team of curators can replicate it exactly or make it as similar as possible.
4️⃣ Click the "Request" button and that's it, your new playlist has been requested.
It takes 48 to 72 hours. Once our team fulfills your request, we will confirm via email. 😊
