About our payment policy
Brandtrack service is billed on a monthly or annual basis and requires advance payment. This payment must be made between the 1st and 7th day of each month.
If the payment is not made and the corresponding alerts from the Brandtrack team are not addressed, the system will automatically deactivate the service, leaving the active zones of the account without music.

Why is it important for the service to be up to date?
✔️ Keep in mind that, in the event of service interruption, your stores will be left without music. This could lead them to play music that does not match the brand identity and lacks legal coverage like that offered by Brandtrack.
✔️ Once the music is reactivated after suspension, extra work may be required in the stores to reconnect the music and recreate the desired atmosphere.
