If you have heard or been reported a song that is inappropriate for your brand and you wish to remove it from your playlist, you can do so very easily from your my.brandtrack.fm administration panel.
To do this, you must have administrator access, as store managers or space managers cannot perform this action from the brandtrack app player they have in their zones.
3 steps to remove the song:
- 💿 Go to the "My Playlists" section > Find the playlist you want to modify and enter it.
- 🔎 Use the playlist's search bar to find the song you want to remove.
- 👎 Once you find the song, mark it as negative and explain the reason so that we can learn from your feedback 🤓
FAQS
Who can remove a song from the playlist?
Only users of my.brandtrack.fm account can perform this action.
Can managers of different zones/stores/establishments remove songs from the brandtrack player?
NO, managers from locations can provide feedback on the songs they are listening to, but this will not directly impact the composition of our playlist. Your feedback is important and helps us make recommendations to brand managers. However, they will not be evaluated as definitive feedback.
