When creating a new account in MyBrandtrack, the first step is to complete your Brand Profile.
Your Brand Profile defines how your business is positioned, who your target audience is, and what personality you want to convey through music.
This information is essential for our curation team to design playlists aligned with the experience you want to create in your space.
Before You Start
Before completing your Brand Profile, make sure you:
Have access to your MyBrandtrack account.
Clearly understand your brand positioning.
Have defined the type of experience you want to deliver through music.
How to Complete Your Brand Profile
Log in to your MyBrandtrack account.
Go to the Brand Profile section from the corresponding button in your main dashboard.
Complete the three main dimensions of your profile.
Brand Profile Dimensions
1. Brand
In this section, you define the general context of your business.
You will need to complete:
Category and subcategory
Example: Hotels → Hotel.Cultural identity
If your brand has a specific cultural root or inspiration.Brand attributes (personality traits)
Select the attributes that best describe your brand, such as:
elegant, youthful, corporate, energetic, glamorous, contemporary, etc.
These attributes help us understand the emotional tone you want to communicate through music.
2. Audience
In this section, you define the type of customers who frequent your space.
Complete the following:
Predominant age range
Gender
Socioeconomic level
This information does not limit the music selection. It helps guide it toward what best connects with your regular customers.

Troubleshooting
I can’t find the Brand Profile button
Make sure you are in your main dashboard. If it does not appear, log out and log back in.
I completed the profile but don’t notice changes in the music
Playlists are reviewed and adjusted by our curation team. If you need an urgent update, please contact support.
