If you need to invite a new user to MyBrandtrack, you just have to go to the "Account" section. Within this section, you will see the "User" part. There, you will have the "invite user" button in the upper right corner.
By clicking on "Invite users," a modal will open where you can define the parameters for the user you want to invite. If you are the superadministrator of several accounts and want to invite a user to a specific account, you will be able to select the account to which you want to invite them. You can also define the permissions for this new user, choosing among the 3 existing types of permissions:
- Superadministrator: This role has all possible permissions. It is the only role that can invite other Superadministrators.
- Administrator: Designed to grant permissions for managing music, ads, and other basic functionalities. This role can do almost everything, except for actions that affect the billing of the account, such as adding a new zone.
- Finance: This role is intended for people in the administrative and financial area. They will only be able to manage issues related to billing in the "Account" section.
