Generally, when we curate the playlists for your brand, they tend to have a 24-hour open schedule. However, there are cases where the brand's music manager requests to apply certain broadcasting rules, which usually coincide with the hours the commercial spaces are open to the public.
If the Brandtrack App detects that a segment was left in silence on purpose, it will display the message Silence.
How to proceed if the app says "Silence" and it should be playing:
Check that the time on the device where the Brandtrack App is installed is correct. Make sure the device has an internet connection. This way you ensure that the date and time are correct.
