In the following article, you will find the description of each of the states in which a player can be: Not Installed, Online, and Offline.
👉️Not Installed: If you see that the PIN is still available, it indicates that the commercial space does not have the Brandtrack app installed on the designated device as a player. The next step would be to encourage the commercial space to download the Brandtrack app.
👉️Online: The Online state is the one we always aim for your players to have since it indicates that the device where the Brandtrack App is installed has a stable internet connection, allowing it to receive various updates, such as ads, playlists, among others.
👉️Offline: If you notice that one of your players is Offline, it could be due to two possible scenarios:
- The internet connection of the device where the Brandtrack App is installed is not stable. While this won't interrupt the music transmission, it's essential to check the internet connection for the player to receive content updates.
- The commercial space is not using the Brandtrack App.
☝️ It's normal to have periods without a connection, so we recommend paying attention when it has exceeded 30 days.
