👉️ If the new Player is an app:
When activating a new Player, you must specify the start date for the service. Regardless of whether the PIN is installed or not, the Brandtrack player will begin its billing cycle based on the specified service start date, and the corresponding prorated amount will be added to the next invoice.
👉️ If the new Player is a Box:
If the new Player you need to activate requires a Brandtrack Box, remember to account for the additional setup and delivery days. We recommend placing your order at least ten business days prior to the store's opening. Regardless of whether the BOX is installed or not, the Brandtrack player will begin its billing cycle based on the specified service start date, and the corresponding prorated amount will be added to the next invoice.
